City Hall updates are complete, and the venue is ready for use. The upper level now features new windows, fresh paint, and ceiling fans for a clean, modern look. Photos are available on the City of New Germany Facebook page.
Rental rate – full rental upper level and lower level $725.00
Lower level with kitchen, bar, buffet counter – $525.00
Upper level with stage and booths – $425.00
New Germany Residents; discount of $100.00, off any of the above rental fees. Damage deposit remains the same (no discount).
Renters have full access to the ice machine and large cooler. City Hall is heated, air-conditioned, and features bathrooms on both levels, as well as an elevator for easy access. The upper level includes 34 booths along the walls, a stage, bar area, and bathrooms; the lower level has a full functioning kitchen, large bar, buffet area, and bathrooms. If you serve alcohol at your event, it must be complimentary, and you must provide a certificate of insurance with your application. To charge for alcohol, you must use one of the three local establishments in New Germany.
